Baja 4 Us is a service company helping Americans safely purchase real estate specializing in oceanfront condominiums in the Baja, California region. There is currently no charge or fee for our services, we are paid by the developer upon purchase.

Diane E. Forsman, MBA

With more than 13 years of real estate investment experience and 20 years of international business experience, Diane offers practical, real-world knowledge and a proven track record of success. At her last position as Executive Vice President of Business Development for five years at an international investment banking firm, she left to search real estate opportunities around the globe to offer investors truly valuable opportunities. Diane has traveled extensively on five continents, in more than 20 countries and has lived abroad. J. Mike Wray, MBA

After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy, Mike extensively traveled the world as a Navy pilot for 6 years. Upon leaving he became a licensed Real Estate agent in the Bay Area and then worked in the financial services industry where he obtained his securities licenses (6 and 63) as well as Variable Life products license. He also was awarded LUTCF (Life Underwriter’s Training Council Fellowship) designation. During his tenure there he advised high net worth individuals and corporations on tax and estate planning. Mike has also acted as Consultant to the mortgage banking industry. Meeting in 1995 while in the Executive MBA Program at UC Irvine, they have since worked on various business endeavors together. With holdings and projects in four countries (the U.S., Mexico and Europe) they specialize in bringing unique opportunities to investors of all levels. Through their experience in various phases (pre-build, existing and renovation) they offer a realistic perspective and results; their various real estate investments have achieved 12% to 200%+ annual returns on investments.
